Case IH Offers Financing Options During Tough Times – Ohio Ag Net

The world of farm equipment has changed with the struggling farm economy. Case IH, through CNH Industrial Capital, now offers a range of financing programs for equipment purchases, including 0 payment and 0% interest until 2022, providing options to help farmers get through tough times.

Scott Harris, Case IH vice president North America, said this is not a new program, but the offering has been expanded to support customers in these unprecedented times.

“This funding program not only gives farmers the ability to continue with their essential daily practices, but it also gives them the flexibility to upgrade their fleet with brand-new equipment, helping to maximize their yields. This program helps farmers stay very productive and allows them to go through two harvests without having to pay, ”said Harris. “In addition, Case IH has taken additional steps to provide financial assistance and programs to producers. For example, the CNH Industrial Capital team works with those who are facing financial difficulties due to the current environment and offers solutions such as flexible restructurings and new terms. The Financial Services team also works with dealerships on programs that help provide additional financial flexibility. We are constantly monitoring industry conditions and listening to comments.

Farmers don’t stop for a pandemic and neither do the industries that serve them.

“The environment we operate in today is another incredible example of the persistence of the North American farmer and how agriculture is the backbone of this country,” said Harris. “As a business deemed essential, our team, from production facilities to our extensive dealer network, quickly adapted to achieve a common goal: to support North American farmers. We are entering the spring 2020 season and we are already preparing for the harvest season.

“Certainly no one could have predicted such a difficult start to 2020: from historically low commodity prices to the oil war and its negative effects on ethanol and the impacts of COVID-19. But, our outlook for the remainder of 2020 remains optimistic. We plan to meet our current production requirements for the model year. In addition, during this period of confinement of most of the country, Case IH’s parts operations have never wavered, remaining well prepared for tillage, seeding, planting and spraying activities. We even advanced our harvest planning efforts accordingly. “

Equipment eligible for this funding program includes the new AFS Connect Magnum series tractors, the new AFS Connect Steiger series tractors, the new Steiger series tractors and the new Axial-Flow series combines. AFS Connect Magnum and AFS Connect Steiger tractors are the next generation of connected vehicles, featuring a completely redesigned cab and remote capabilities. The Axial-Flow 250 series combines the AFS Harvest Command automation system, which proactively detects and optimizes machine parameters on the go.
